Mission Statement
The mission of the Fayette County Constable's Office in Lexington Kentucky is to provide consistent, quality and professional service to the community in carrying out the duties of the office.

Our Staff
All staff are sworn uniformed officers who have completed a full background check and were approved by the Mayor of Lexington. Constable and Deputies are able to serve all civil process in Lexington-Fayette County. Our staff completes a yearly training on updates in civil process

PERSONAL BIO
Constable Sparks is a Lexington native, recipient of the Eagle Scout award, graduated from Bryan Station High School, is a member of the Kentucky Constable Association and has received numerous local and state awards for his service to the community including the Kentucky Colonel Award. Constable Sparks is now serving his third term as Constable in Fayette County.
